1. Programs in Elementary (ABE) and Secondary (ASE) skills, including those leading to a High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Certificates 2. Programs for Immigrants in Citizenship, ESL, and Workforce Preparation 3. Workforce Re-entry 4. Programs for adults, including, but not limited to, older adults, that are primarily designed to develop knowledge and skills to Assist Elementary and Secondary school children to succeed academically in school 5. Programs for Adult with Disabilities 6. Programs in Career Technical Education that are short term in nature with high employment potential 7. Programs offering pre-apprenticeship training conducted in coordination with one or more apprenticeship programs approved by the Division of Apprenticeship Standards

CVAE Highlights • Six Year WASC Accreditation May 2018 • Beginning 2017 Partnered with Ana Alvarez and her Outreach Program to offer Parent Outreach at Park Oaks and Conejo Elementary. • We expanded Outreach to Walnut Elementary in 2019-20 • 2018-19 Accelerated ESL Pilot Program - 60 total students, 52 competed, 50 passes two levels • Improved High School Diploma Awards From 7 in 2014-15 to 19 in 2017-18
