Goals ❖ Identify architectural and structural stabilization action items ❖ Identify building systems in need of modernization ❖ Concept design to utilize the historic courtroom and office space ❖ Concept design for new courtroom addition to the Justice Center and utilization of the Historic Courthouse for alternative functions ❖ Evaluate budget numbers for both concepts and how they relate to the last proposal ❖ From our last presentation we have introduced ideas from administration and reviewed the budgets with further contractor input.

System Modernization ❖ HVAC – 4 pipe hydronic system with dedicated fan coil units in each office suite ❖ Plumbing – Upgrades for existing plumbing areas and additional bathroom locations ❖ Fire Protection – Required for modifications to the Courtroom ❖ Electrical – Replace all lighting and outlet locations to meet ADA requirements ❖ Telecommunications – provide cable raceways for current and future upgrades ❖ Electronic Safety and Security – Surveillance and card access upgrades recommended

The Judge’s office will move to the existing Probation and Prosecutor Suites. The Probation and Prosecutor will move to new office suites in the Justice Center Addition.
