Multi-site Certificates In 2011 SCA amalgamated the individual tissue mills COCs into Multi-site Chain of Custody Certificates for both FSC and PEFC. In 2014 the Personal Care sites were added to the certificates. In 2015 Russian and US sites were added. The certificates now currently cover 54 sites, and all sales offices.
