Session Overview • Purpose - To gather the Municipal Working Group participants for an annual update on source protection implementation progress - To discuss Provincial updates and potential changes to the source protection program - To provide an opportunity for discussion regarding areas for improvement, upcoming changes on the landscape, and future reporting CATARAQUI REGION CONSERVATION AUTHORITY

Source Protection Plan Objectives • To protect existing and future drinking water sources in the Cataraqui Source Protection Area • Ensure that for every area identified in the Assessment Report (2011) as an area where an activity is or would be a significant drinking water threat (SDWT)… – The activity never becomes a SDWT, or – The activity ceases to be a SDWT CATARAQUI REGION CONSERVATION AUTHORITY
