Roof Plan • Remove the existing EPDM roof system to the structural deck and repair deck as required. • Install new tapered insulation to a 3.5 inch minimum, with new drains, perimeter metal, etc. This will achieve a code compliant system reflecting a ¼” per foot slope as required by the code. 10-2-14
