RDC PROPERTIES LIMITED Real Estate Construction Hospitality Portfolio Analysis Realestate Group Segmental and Lease Expiry Profile  Vacancy within the group’s portfolio stands at 5.09% for the period ended June 2016.  The ongoing projects in addition to the projected regional expansion drive is expected to boost the portfolio across various segments.  50% of the leases will be expiring beyond the year 2020

RDC PROPERTIES LIMITED Real Estate RDC FLATS Extension – New Development (Ongoing) Construction Hospitality Realestate Group  Project Commenced on 18 th April 2016 and is expected to last 24 Months  It comprises of 45 new Apartments in 3 different Blocks and located in the prime area of Gaborone on Plots 2251/2/9/60 EXT 9.  The scheme comprises of 1 Bedroom apartments ( 20 Nos); 2 Bedroom Apartments (15 Nos) and Lofts (Duplex) - 10 Nos.  All blocks are being constructed simultaneously and Project Estimated at just under P40M.

RDC PROPERTIES LIMITED Real Estate Construction Hospitality Regional Prospects & Developments – Realestate Group Mozambique  The economic outlook for this country, although tough in the short-term, is very promising in the medium-term with the current oil and gas developments taking place.  We have signed Memoranda of Understanding with partners for retail developments at two sites, one in Xai Xai and the other in Zimpeto, Maputo. Both sites are in excellent locations. Anchor Tenant intention to lease being signed  An Option to Purchase is also being finalised for a retail development in Xiquelene, Maputo.

RDC PROPERTIES LIMITED Real Estate Regional Prospects & Developments – Namibia Construction Hospitality Realestate Group  The outlook is promising with a stable political environment, positive economic prospects with the development of new mines and diversification of the economy.  We have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with partners for our proposed retail developments mostly in the North of the country.  Consultans Appointments being signed.  At this stage 14 Sites have been identified and two pieces of land have been already reserved for development. The preliminary designs, market research and feasibilities are underway for many centers around the country.

RDC PROPERTIES LIMITED Real Estate Regional Prospects & Developments – South Construction Hospitality Realestate Group Africa  The proposed development of the Business Hotel in the CBD of Cape Town has had to be set aside as some issues arose with the subdivision of the property which was a condition precedent.  Other developments are under scrutiny.
