EXISTING CONDITIONS  Okeechobee Road is a divided urban principal arterial Taco Bell  City of Hialeah Gardens to the north Hialeah Gardens Boulevard.  Town of Medley to the south  Two bridges over C-6 Canal (Miami Canal) connecting Town of Medley to Okeechobee Road (NW 121 Way and NW 116 Way)  NW 116 Way minor arterial carrying more than 28,000 vehicles per day as compared to 30,000 vehicles per day on Okeechobee Road Hialeah Gardens High School 7-Eleven Mercantile Bank Mix Use Angels Premium American Engineering All Truck Denny's Ethereal A Building Research Sunoco Tech & Development Corp.
