  1. PROJECT 4: PARIS RECHERCHÉ PRESENTATION week 7 The work for the week has been set out and subsequently been discussed at group meetings this week. Continuity in format across the year’s presentation would be very desirable. The text formatting is fixed across all groups and set out below. The Urban studies groups should agree some further coherence across map size and other presentation format, where possible. Select and edit key photos. Building Groups have 5 slides each. All work produced does not need to be presented within the 5 slides. Clarity of the story of the building along with clear original drawings will form the core of the presentation, supplemented with a choice of your own analytical/ isometric drawings. You are free to determine how to do this based on your experience of the presentations to date. Prepare your verbal presentation and how you will coordinate the presentation between the team- alternating as a pair can be very effective. The presentation on Friday will comprise of a pin-up at 2.00 and a Slide show at 4.00. Your final group and individual drawings and research work on the Urban and Building Studies to be presented in A5 landscape (horizontal) format. This work can be pinned up in sequence, chronologically. It should be pinned up without gaps, forming a wall of information. In order to achieve continuity across the work please ensure that all standard text is Arial 9pt at A4 size . When represented at the reduced size of A5 it will of course be smaller. Please include your names an all your sheets- this text will be 6pt at A4 . Your own individual drawings to be presented in the above format as well as the original. Groups to have all slides on a memory key by 1.30 for uploading onto laptop before 2.00 Pin-up exhibition. Pecha Kucha Style Presentation to follow exhibition and discussion at 4.00.
