Cell Build/Refurbishment In 2018 Depro has been selected by a major supplier to JLR to maintain their welding cells for sub frames and pressings. Our “outside the box” approach to cell build and improving processes within factories has secured some major projects for Depro to begin from mid 2018 onwards. We are able to provide services from complete cell/line build to maintaining/refurbishing or modifying existing cell/line operations.

Reiku Cable Management Systems Depro Ltd are the sole UK & Ireland agent for Reiku protective tubing. Reiku is an equivalent to other known tubing manufacturers and is used extensively in the automotive industry. Reiku has a varied range of parts to suit all applications and environmental needs and can provide bespoke solutions on request. Depro has established this product with numerous car manufacturers in the UK such as Honda, UYT, Unipres, BMW, Jaguar, Motoman (Yaskawa) Alongside the robotic range of cable management systems Reiku has a range of products for other industrial and domestic applications. All parts normally carry an MOQ due to the nature of the product however Depro offer a call off service where we hold the stock and deliver to you J.I.T. Covering Your Needs In response to our customers’ demands, Depro Ltd have developed a range of unique patented fire retardant stretch covers that fit over your Weld Guns or Jigs. The composite protective covers reduce dust and weld spatter from contacting the gun thus saving you servicing costs and consumables such as failed sensors, hoses and leads. Custom Design Service Available Measuring Each Gun on Site Manufacture Installation Full Documentation including Tracking Matrices Created with a hardwearing leather front panel that is highly resistant to chaffing and body panel abrasion gives the ultimate bag to keep you in production. Fire retardant quick release straps are used to adjust the bag to fit to the gun and there is even a pull cord which are located towards the rear of the bag away from the action of the gun. All panels are glued and stitched with reinforced PTFE thread to give you the durability you need. The covers have been designed with the maintenance operator in mind, ensuring easy installation and removal. T o support this, location identity tags are stitched into each of the bags.
MRO & Logistics Support Depro has established itself with a number of Japanese suppliers to effectively supply the UK market and provide a faster, more responsive solution with components from Japan. In most cases we can reduce the lead time from an industry standard 12-14 weeks to 3-4 weeks and reduce costs to the end user and reducing maintenance downtime to ensure production is maintained. Because of this we have gained experience in dealing with importing goods from Japan and able to take care of the complete package from the suppliers premises to the end customer ensuring the goods are delivered just in time. GSE Test Equipment Depro has become established with Boeing through an approved Boeing supplier as a dedicated assembly house for the Ground Support Equipment used on their range of aircraft. Established in early 2017 Depro has now supplied a number of test kits for the new Dreamliner and provided a complete cost package for over 150 test kits capable of checking brake pressure, simulate landing gear functions, fire suppressors and a vast array of electrical system checks. We have been selected as a preferred manufacturer due to our global supply chain of sourcing the connectors and bespoke items they need.
Specialised Electro/Mechanical Assembly The newest product in our range is test equipment and assemblies for the aerospace industry. We are able to manufacture direct from customers drawings and where required also design assemblies to suit specific requirements. Examples of the test kits can be seen below. We currently supply these test kits to Airbus via our agent though we are in the process of applying for direct supplier approval. All components we supply come with full Certificate of Conformity and technical documents according to ISO 9001 standards and customer requirements. Every cable assembly we build be it for automotive, aerospace or domestic application is fully tested in house. Thus ensuring what we supply is 100% right everytime.
