I’m a recipient of the 2010 Honorary Life Member Award for contributions to Human Performance Technology and to ISPI, as approved by 2 successive Boards. I specialize in Curriculum Architecture Design (CAD) for the analysis and design of performance-based T&D Paths - and have done 76 CAD projects since 1982 - conducted over 75 Content Development efforts – I have published 14 books, over 100 published articles and 3000 Blog Posts – I have made over 110 presentations at Conferences and Chapters since 1982.
