  1. EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACT 2005 (WA) who enters Westero Australia (including any person who entered Westero 4. The Presentation for Testing Directions I made on 9 July 2020 are revoked. DIRECTIONS 5. Subject to paragraph 9, these directions apply to any person: (a) Australia on or afuer 29 June 2020); and Sections 67 and 72A (b) who has been in Victoria at any time in the 14 days before the person entered Westero Australia; and ( c) who, by the end of the tenth day afuer the day on which the person entered Westero Australia: REVOCATION These directions come into effect at 11.59 pm on 9 July 2020. 3. I, Christopher John Dawson, Commissioner of Police and State Emergency Coordinator, now PRESENTATION FOR TESTING DIRECTIONS (NO 2) The World Health Organization declared COVID-19 a pandemic on 11 March 2020. On 15 March 2020, the Minister fpr Emergency Services declared a state of emergency with effect fsom 12 a.m. on 16 March 2020 in respect of the pandemic caused by COVID-19 pursuant to section 56 of the Emergency Management Act 2005 (WA) (Act). The state of emergency applies to the State of Westero Australia. give the following directions pursuant to my powers under sections 67 and 72A of the Act. COMMENCEMENT PREAMBLE I. The purpose of these directions is to revoke the Presentation fpr Testing Directions I made on 9 July 2020 and to limit the spread of COVID-19. CITATION 2. These directions may be reffrsed to as the Presentation fpr Testing Directions (No 2). has not lefu Westero Australia; and (i)

A person to whom these directions apply pursuant to paragraph 5 must also: (a) comply with any other instruction which a relevant officer at the COVID Clinic gives them; and (b) answer truthfvlly if a relevant officer at the COVID Clinic asks the person to symptoms. (iii) 8. If a person to whom these directions apply pursuant to pasagraph 5 is subject to a quarantine direction, the person must comply with these directions and the quarantine direction except that, fpr the purqoses of complying with these directions and despite the quarantine direction: (a) the person must leave the place where they are required to remain under the quarantine direction aod travel to the COVID Clinic nearest to them as soon as possible and by the most direct route available and without stopping except as required by law or necessary for fvel or rest; a relevant offjcer has instructed the person that they may leave the and has not been given a hospital direction; and (b) (iii) is not required to quarantine or isolate under either or both of the relevant directions. 6. A person to whom these directions apply pursuant to paragraph 5 must, on the eleventh day afuer the day on which the person entered Westero Australia: (a) go to the COVID Clinic nearest to them as early as possible on the eleventh day;and infprm a relevant offjcer at the COVID Clinic that they are required to attend fpr COVID-19; the COVID Clinic to be tested fpr COVID-19; and (c) remain at the COVID Clinic until: (i) the person has been tested for COVID-19; and (ii) the person has truthfvlly answered any questions which a relevant ofgicer asks them to answer for the purposes of the person being tested and

(b) ensure that the child wears a face mask, if available and appropriate having A person who is subject to a movement direction must ensure that the child in respect of whom the person has a movement direction complies with these directions and, without limitation, must: (a) travel with the child in respect of whom the person has a movement direction so that the child goes to the COVID Clinic to be tested; and (b) regard to the child's age and ability to wear a face mask, from when the child (Undiagnosed) Directions I made on 9 May 2020. leaves the place where they are required to remain under the quarantine direction until the child returos to that place. Note: the child in respect of whom a person has a movement direction will be subject to a self.quarantine (unaccompanied child) direction. DEFINITIONS 10. Afgected aircraft has the same meaning that it has under the Quarantine (Closing the 9. ofgicer that they do not have to isolate: see paragraph 5 of the Quarantine and Isolation once they are no longer required to remain at the COVID Clinic, the person or rideshare service; and must travel as soon as possible and by the most direct route available and without stopping except as required by law or necessary for fvel or rest to the place they are required to remain under the quarantine direction and remain there in accordance with the quarantine direction; and ( c) the person must travel to and from the COVID Clinic by private vehicle, a taxi Note: for the avoidance of doubt a rideshare service does not include a bus, until the person is informed of their test result unless the person is informed by a relevant train or other form of mass public transport ( d) the person must wear a face mask, if available and appropriate having regard to the person's age and ability to wear a face mask, from when the person leaves the place where they are required to remain under the quarantine direction until they returo to that place. Note: Once a person is tested in accordance with these directions, the person must isolate Border) Directions I made on 5 April 2020.

Relevant directions means: (a) the Quarantine and Isolation (Vndiagnosed) Directions I made on 9 May 2020; and (b) the Isolation (Diagnosed) Directions I made on 9 May 2020. Relevant offjcer has the same meaning that it has in the relevant directions. 19. 22. Symptoms means any one or more of: (a) a fever of 38 degrees or above; or (b) a recent history of ffver; or ( c) symptoms of acute respiratory infection (including, but without limitation, Quarantine direction has the same meaning that it has in the Quarantine (Closing the Quarantine has the same meaning that it has under the relevant directions. COVID Clinic means premises set aside by the Westero Australian Department of 2016. Health or a health service provider fpr the purqose of testing persons fpr COVID-19. 12. Enters has the same meaning that it has in the Quarantine (Closing the Border) Directions I made on 5 April 2020. Note: paragraph 26 of the Quarantine (Closing the Border) Directions defjnes the term "enter" for the purposes of those directions and "enters" has a corresponding meaning. 13. Health service provider has the same meaning that it has in the Health Services Act 14. 18. Hospital direction has the same meaning that it has in the Quarantine (Closing the Border) Directions I made on 5 April 2020. 15. Isolate has the same meaning that it has under the relevant directions. 16. Movement direction has the same meaning that it has in the Quarantine (Closing the Border) Directions I made on 5 April 2020. 17. Premises has the same meaning that it has in the Act. shortness of breath, a cough or sore thsoat).

PENALTIES It may be an offence to fail to comply with any of these directions, punishable by imprisonment for up to 12 months or a fine of up to $50,000 fpr individuals and $250,000 for bodies corqorate.
