Details about annual energy and water benchmarking • Annual Requirements – Track whole-building electricity, gas, and water data • If you are already tracking whole-building data in ESPM, you do not need to request data from LADWP or SoCalGas – Enter past calendar year’s whole-building data in to Energy Star Portfolio Manager (ESPM) – Obtain an Energy Star Score For Your Property through ESPM* – Complete a “Benchmarking Report” from Portfolio Manager – Submit Benchmarking Report to the LADBS Public Database – Submit report each year by June 1 • LA specific requirements – Include whole building water consumption – Include structured and subterranean parking Los Angeles Existing Building Energy and Water Efficiency Program
