Project Effectiveness Progress and Successes ● 34 preschools have detailed understanding of their progress ● Data driven decision making: able to develop training, procure and allocate resources (eg. RPL) ● Principals use their currency more strategically ● 60% of the preschools measured meet 60% or more of the registration requirements ● Serves as an indicator of principal commitment for decision making (eg. to build on private property) ● First pre-school to be registered in an informal settlement
Project Effectiveness Satisfaction “ The Registration Tool of True North is the best book ever given to all principals in Capricorn. Since VCCC has received it, firstly I have been using it, to keep all our existing policies in order , secondly I have used the tool to create the policies which we have not yet had, in order for us to have re-registered , thirdly I have been using it in my Level 5 class at college. It is very updated and anyone wanting to start an ECD should just have this tool . ECDs registered should also use it to update their old policies. I am so thankful to True North for all their hard work and sterling assistance for all the years that I have been principal of VCCC. They are the best service provider any ECD can love to have.
