What are the objectives of the Policies for Tall Buildings? The policies will provide guidance and direction to Council, the public, and the development industry for assessing tall building proposals in Barrie, including their design, location, and orientation.

Where will the policies apply? The policies may be applied to any tall building proposal across the entire City . However, some policies will focus primarily within the Urban Growth Centre.
