Team Norms and Rules Weekly Meetings Saturday at 2pm using Skype Chat to generate progress; follow-up meeting often set for Sundays for completion of action items. To reach consensus Open debate with everyone having a say, then vote. Team supports and works towards the majority decision. Communication and activities should include all team members by default (no subgroups), issues are raised to the whole team. What worked well? Having meetings at same time simplified planning. Working on weekends provided a regular allotment of time to progress tasks.

What would Primary Key have used more? Could have instituted additional formal team rules, for example to respond to emails within 24 hours. Additional time to give to task, team was very busy. Addition of a team specialist with database responsibilities in their day-to-day job. Additional time to use OfficeZilla/virtual office product. Struggled with getting the wikipedia update started at an early point in the project.
