COURTHOUSE PROPERTY DESIGN CONCEPT 2 REFINEMENT FARMERS MARKET DAY NOTES: Total usable Farmers Market area: 25,000 sq ft (Existing area: 24,300 sq ft, less encumbrances - central walkway curbs and courthouse stairway.) Asphalt parking, concrete walkways, and decorative curbs all at same, flush level. Tree row is strategically placed to allow truck parking and double-loading of tent modules on each side of tree row. These trees will also provide shade and reduce parking lot heat the remainder of the week. Public walk aisles through market are 16-17’ wide Typical 10’ x 10’ canopy module (105 canopy modules indicated)
