Bid Specification Section 701 – Scope of Work • Stormwater Best Management Practices - SWPCP • Traffic Control Plan • Work Hours – M-F; 7 am – 4 pm (no activity in moving traffic lane between 7-8:30 am or after 4:30 pm

Bid Specification Section 701- Maintenance • City to provide contractor with prioritized list of storm drain structures along with any special conditions. • Contractor shall notify Underground Service Alert (Dig alert) and insure all utility lines have been marked prior to maintenance. • Weeds to be removed by Contractor performing maintenance. • Contractor to remove sediment, debris and trash in storm drain structure. • If use of water – vacuum and dispose of at City Wastewater Treatment Plant; no discharge to storm drain structure.
Bid Specification Section 701- Maintenance • Contractor to complete City maintenance form (see Appendix B1 in Bid Spec.) • Contractor to photo document storm drain structures before and after cleanout per City standard (see Appendix B2). • Contractor shall provide city with flash drive of photos and the maintenance forms within one week after last storm drain structure was cleaned out.
