Recognises that climate change The Boe Declaration , 2018 remains the single greatest threat to the livelihoods, security and wellbeing of the peoples of the Pacific; Recognises the complex security challenges faced by our region, framed by the expanded concept of security – human, environment and resource, transnational and cyber; Recognises the need for strengthening respective national security approaches as the basis for regional security; It is a call to action for stronger, more cohesive regional security cooperation and coordination.
