IEPI PRT Process College CEO submits letter of interest to IEPI ▶ Letter includes specific issues that would benefit from technical ▶ assistance Ventura College issues: ▶ Integrated Planning ▶ Campus Communication ▶
PRT Campus Visit #1 4 colleagues from CA community colleges ▶ Visited Ventura College in November 2015 ▶ Met with 13 different campus ▶ groups/committees in one day Visit focused on understanding current ▶ integrated planning and campus communication processes
PRT Campus Visit #2 4 colleagues returned to Ventura ▶ College in February 2016 The focus: ▶ Selecting options from the menu that ▶ best fit our campus needs Developing an implementation plan for ▶ those options Visit #3 is scheduled for January 2017 to ▶ assess progress
The Menu of Options PRT gave Ventura College a custom ▶ “Menu of Options” for improvement 6 best practices to improve integrated ▶ planning 3 best practices to improve campus ▶ communication
