Healthy Los Nietos Next Steps • Continue to raise awareness that of the 128 cities and communities in LA County, Los Nietos/West Whittier ranks 113/128 in obesity prevalence (1 being lowest) • Continue to meet monthly with PIH Health in order to coordinate health services in the District • Build a stronger health collaborative to provide free or low cost support to the Los Nietos Community L O S N I E T O S

  13. Healthy Los Nietos Next Steps • Dedicate a centralized location for Los Nietos parents to enroll monthly in health care • Submit a CSBA Golden Bell application on or before June 30, 2014 • Submitted a Kaiser Permanente $25,000.00 grant to fund continued parent education L O S N I E T O S
