Highways (BUDGETING/EMPOWERING) 1. Panels will prioritise a range of transport schemes proposed by Members, within a dedicated “Community Network Highways” budget. 2. They will be engaged on the development and delivery of major capital transport schemes in or affecting their CNA 3. CORMAC are starting a programme of engagement with all Panels on highways maintenance issues www.cornwall.gov.uk
