Strategic Plan 2016-2019 Measures of Success in 2016 (examples) • 250 program sessions added with 1000 individual participants • 80% of participants reported programs helped them learn a new skills, advanced their education or achieve a personal goal • Free educational programming available to Toronto residents valued at $50,000 • 600 youth supported in finishing high school and attending post secondary education 7
