Our Chapter Chi Omega is the largest women’s organization with over 350,000 initiates, 181 collegiate chapters, and 246 alumnae chapters. We were founded in 1895 based on our six purposes of friendship, personal integrity, service to others, academic excellence and intellectual pursuits, community and campus involvement and personal and career development. Chi Omega’s symbol is the owl, a bird of wisdom, which reminds the membership of their responsibility to strive for knowledge and understanding throughout life. Our chapter, Psi Kappa, is celebrating our 50th year at Clemson. We are sisters of purpose, on purpose.
Philanthropy & Service The Psi Kappa chapter is proud to support the national Chi Omega philanthropy- Make A Wish Foundation, as well as our local philanthropy, Make A Wish South Carolina. Aside from fundraising, we also are able to meet our individual South Carolina Wish Kid at our annual event, Wings-for-Wishes. Our chapter has raised over $40,000 in the past year for our philanthropy!
Key Programs & Events Our chapter hosts many events, from Sisterhood, to Philanthropy, to Social. To highlight just a few of our events, some of our favorites from this year included Formal, Sister-led HIIT classes, Yoga, Galentines Day, Big Sister-Little Sister Reveal, Spa Nights with Clemson Life, Swishes for Wishes, Wings For Wishes, Pie O - a - Chi O, and so many more!
