HSC Transformation Agenda To achieve the vision identified in ‘Delivering Together’ the following has been established: • Transformation Advisory Board (TAB) (Chaired by Minister) • Transformation Implementation Group (TIG) (Chaired by Permanent Secretary) 8 TIG workstreams; and 19 specific areas of work related to Delivering Together • Nursing and Midwifery Task Group (NMTG) is a work area • Interlinkages for NMTG to several workstreams / areas Maximising Outcomes, Embracing Challenges 8 March 2017

Approach • Monthly NMTG meetings • NMTG Project Plan – 3 stages • Adopt the principles of coproduction • Focus on collective, compassionate leadership • Establish links with other relevant Transformation work areas Maximising Outcomes, Embracing Challenges 8 March 2017
Methodology • Use an Outcomes Based Accountability (OBA) structure to progress the work of the group at stages 1 and 2. • National Children's Bureau (NCB) providing independent OBA facilitation of these stages Maximising Outcomes, Embracing Challenges 8 March 2017
