  4. An Australian Gold and Nickel Explorer • Walhalla Gold Project – world-class gold field in Victoria with +4Moz historic production – new emphasis on related Cu, Ni, PGE • Fraser Range Gold-Nickel Project – located in the emerging Fraser Range Belt, between two of the most significant Australian mineral discoveries of the past decade (Nova and Tropicana) • Aurora Flats Epithermal gold project in Queensland Orion Gold is focused on acquiring, exploring and developing large tenement holdings or regional scale mineral opportunities in world- class mineral provinces…. 4 4

  5. Fraser Range Project: The Right Neighbourhood • Binding heads of agreement to acquire Kamax Resources • Kamax controls +900 km ² of granted exploration licences in the Fraser Range Province / Tropicana Gold Belt, with a further 700km 2 under application • Tropicana Gold Belt hosts the Tropicana Gold Deposit, currently under development by AngloGold Ashanti & Independence Group • The Fraser Range Province hosts the recent world-class Nova Nickel-Copper discovery (Sirius Resources) – currently one of the world’s “hot spots” for nickel exploration • Minimal historic exploration prior to discovery of Tropicana and Nova due to its remote nature, despite being less than 250km from Kalgoorlie • Exploration has also been hampered in the past by the presence of sand cover 5

  6. Fraser Range: The Tropicana Structure Representative section through the Tropicana Gold Mine “TGM” • Initial mineralisation model for Tropicana was a shallow, east- dipping system • Steep-dipping high grade mineralisation has been delineated in drilling along strike from the Tropicana Mine (TGM), as well as by Beadell Resources • No testing for this mineralisation orientation has been carried out within Kamax’s Project Images on this page are taken from public releases by the members of the Tropicana Joint Venture (AngloGold Ashanti & Independence Group) and do not relate to areas contained within Kamax’s Project 6

  7. Fraser Range Project: Structural Targets • The Project lies directly on the Cundeelee Fault – a major regional structure likely to be a key regional Northern Foreland (reworked Yilgarn Craton) control on mineralisation • Despite this prime location structural AREAS OF INTEREST geology/geophysics was not used to generate targets by previous owners • Geophysical consultants Fugro have generated a new interpretation for the Project based on public data • Several areas of structural complexity identified which have potential to host gold mineralisation • Planning is well advanced for a detailed Fraser Mobile Zone aeromagnetic survey over these areas to define targets for drilling in 2013 7

  8. Fraser Range Project: Parallels with Tropicana • Extensive low-level gold geochemical anomalies have been delineated within the Project (30,277 surface samples collected) 14km • The Tropicana Deposit was discovered during drilling of a similar low-level surface gold anomaly • Only shallow interface drilling has been carried out to date on the Kamax Project 7km (between 2006-2011; 1,131 holes for 52,595 m) 23km • Drilling Results confirm gold anomalism at the saprolite interface • Underlying bedrock mineralization virtually untested (only 2 RC holes drilled) 7km • Use of pathfinder elements to generate/refine targets has been limited 8

  9. Fraser Range: The Nickel Potential Sirius Resources’ Nova Nickel -Copper discovery is a magmatic sulphide deposit hosted in a mafic • intrusive, with associated brecciation and bounded by a pyroxene-garnet gneiss Lithologies intersected in RC drilling on E39/1653 included mafic granulite and gabbronorite • Elevated Ni assays (>0.1% Ni) were returned from drilling, associated with intense alteration • Nova was identified from an EM conductor – no EM surveys have been carried out on E39/1653 • 9

  10. Fraser Range: Defining and Drilling Targets This Year Proposed Expenditure $ (Million) Aeromagnetic Survey $ 0.5 Surface Sampling (Ni Targets) $ 0.2 Drilling (Excludes $100k co-funding from WA Government) $0.4 Airborne VTEM Survey (Ni Targets) $ 0.15 TOTAL $ 1.25 • Detailed aeromagnetic survey will enable more accurate structural interpretation and definition of drilling targets • Aggressively drill out priority targets based on favourable structural locations and/or geochemical anomalies using either Aircore (for first pass/conceptual targets) or RC (for more advanced targets) • Successfully obtained funding of $100,000 from the WA Government’s Exploration Incentive Drilling Scheme (granted by the Dept of Mines & Petroleum) • Surface sampling and EM surveys over nickel targets will determine if nickel or other base metal anomalism is present and enable definition of drilling targets 10
