  5. Norway Highlights Two High Quality Properties* Norway Bleikvassli • Bleikvassli- Former massive Cu-Zn-Pb-Ag-(Au) sulphide Zn-Pb-Cu-Ag-(Au) producer. Drill ready Meråker • Mer å ker- extensive area of Au Cu-Zn-Au enriched VMS style Cu-Zn + / - Au mineralized occurrences. Past small scale mining Oslo Stockholm * The two projects were acquired from EMX Royalty Corp (see News Release dated Dec 13, 2018 for details) 5 Mineral Exploration August 2020 TSX-V: OK E X P L O R I N G T H E G O L D E N T R I A N G L E TSX-V : NORA 5

  7. Bleikvassli Property Noras las major meal prodcing mine - In the Northern Norwegian Caledonides District, discovered in and emained a dcing diic hgh lae - Operating mine flooded in Sept 1997 - Deposit has similarities to VMS deposits -Three key types of mineralization at Bleikvassli: -Massive pyritic Zn-Pb-Cu mineralization -Massive pyrrhotite, Cu rich Zn-Pb -Vein/disseminated wallrock mineralization- reported to contain Au/Ag mineralization -Despite past production recovering gold , precious metal content never systematically assessed across Bleikvassli deposit or area - Similar geology and mineralization to the Lundin Mining, Zinkgruvan deposit in Sweden. Lundin Mining-Zinkgruvan deposit: Proven & Probable Reserves + (06/30/ 17): -Zinc-rich mineralization: -11.9 mt @ 7.2% Zn, 2.9% Pb, 63 g/t Ag + -Copper-rich mineralization: -5.3mt @ 1.8% Cu, 0.2% Zn, 26 g/t Ag + * Lundin Mining Reserves and Resources June 30, 2017 : The Zinkgruvan Mine provides context for the Norra Bleikvassli project but is not necessarily indicative that the Bleikvassli project hosts similar mineralization and should not be expected that similar resources can and will be defined at Bleikvassli in the future . 7 Mineral Exploration August 2020 TSX-V: OK E X P L O R I N G T H E G O L D E N T R I A N G L E TSX-V : NORA 7

  8. Bleikvassli Property Location -Excellent access via paved roads, near town of Bleikvassli, ~6000ha in size; -Excellent infrastructure, 50 km south of industrial/ mining town of Mo-I-Rana (deep water port/ airport) History - Development and test mining in 1947 - Flotation facility completed in 1957 with initial reserves of 2.6Mt @2.4% Pb, 4.2% Zn, 0.22% Cu * - -In 1991, production was increased from 250kt to 300kt a year Mine site - Limited exploration in the early 90s on the other zones to the north and south - Mine flooded on Sept 26th 1997 with a reported three years of reserves - Dewatered in 1998, shut down due low metal prices - Historic resources remaining at time of mine closure: 720Kt@ 5.17% Zn, 2.72% Pb, 0.27% Cu, 45g/t Ag, 0.2g/t Au * * Geological Survey of Norway (NGU) Ore Database, Deposit Area 1832-012, Feb 9, 2017.
