RESEARCH The purpose of the project is to study NIGHTMARES. To find out how it affects the sleeping cycles of children. In order to help understand the importance of sleep in a child’s growth.

PROBLEM The cause of fear or anxiety varies from child to child. Nightmares are a common issue that interrupts a child from getting the required amount of sleep needed.
OBJECTIVE To create a product that will ease and comfort a child’s anxieties in order to reduce the number of nightmares so they can receive the necessary amount of sleep in order to grow and develop both physically and mentally.
Dream Buddies will ease your child’s anxiety by targeting specific fears that may trigger nightmares. Each buddie provides comfort, saving parents from comforting their child personally and allowing both parent and child to get uninterrupted sleep.

Book Reinforces the powers of each monster to the child reading and will end the night with a bedtime story. Plush Replace the role of the parent and provides safety for the child.
