South Tunnel Salem Street and Friar Way footpath closed following re-opening of High Street on 22 nd May 2009. Photograph taken 27/5/09 High Street re-opened on 22 nd May 2009. Road construction is temporary and will therefore be closed once again following construction works at Salem Street. Photograph taken 27/5/09
