Implementation Plan This fall: Launch plan on website - FPAW Sept. 2020. ◦ Continue work groups to start implementation in 2021. ◦ Create an evaluation work group. ◦ Create Shared Value/Guiding Principle Checklist for Action ◦ Steps Sept – Dec. 2020. Conduct an annual review of progress - Obj. 1A ◦ Disseminate on ncfallsprevention.org - interactive model that can be updated annually online.
