Explore options for telemedicine. 2) Follow the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) for up-to-date information and guidelines. 3) Make a plan in case you or someone in your household gets coronavirus so you can remain isolated/quarantined from them. 4) Stay as healthy as possible, including getting plenty of sleep and exercise if you can. 5) Stay home and only go out for essential needs like food and pharmacy items, wash your hands regularly, avoid touching your face, clean and sanitize surfaces frequently. 6) If you are at high risk, on active treatment or are immunosuppressed, limit exposure to others. 7) Stay informed, especially through PanCAN and your trusted local and national news sources. 8) Get the support you need through online counseling, support groups, places of worship, etc. 9) Get PanCAN’s Coronavirus Resource Sheet for additional tips and resources.
