FRAM EWORK 2 v2 NORTHSIDE P ARK LIVES TOCK ALONG RIVER 51 st AVE. + allows for equestrian to have a front door on 47 th and allows for phased acquisition for yards and cattle ties - event space along rail/ Race is not as desirable as along river WASHINGTON T BRIGHTON GLOBEVILLE EL YRIA 47 th AVE. FRAM EWORK 3 v1 NORTHSIDE P ARK CONSOLIDATE DRI RAIL ALONG 51 st AVE. BSNF TRACKS + removes dividing line between livestock facilities to create a more flexible facilities layout and pedestrians do not have to cross rail at grade WASHINGTON - will still be desirable to suspend rail T traffic during certain events and increases tunnel length for east-west connections BRIGHTON GLOBEVILLE 47 th AVE. FRAM EWORK 3 v2 NORTHSIDE P ARK ARENA AND EXPO HALL 51 st AVE. ALONG THE RIVER + imbeds the largest buildings in the center of the site to prevent placing a hard edge on the neighborhoods - site phasing is difficult and there may WASHINGTON be potential impact on neighborhood from event space T - difficult site access into center of site BRIGHTON GLOBEVILLE 47 th AVE. LIVES TOCK ON BRIGHTON + locates livestock adjacent to equestrian - misaligns 47 th at Brighton due to area I-70 needed for Livestock Arena and service COLISEUM GLOBEVILLE off-site program elements: LANDING ARENA/ EXPO 5 AC dirt P ARK P ARTNER F ACILITIES 3 AC storage LIVESTOCK EQUESTRIAN Conceptual Representations -Not Final - PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT Preliminary draft for discussion purposes only
