“The National Qualifications Agency is a permanent collegial body authorized to implement public policy in the area of qualifications” (Art. 38, para. 1) NQA status 12 member : 3 – employers, 3 – trade unions, 6 – governmental representatives (Ministry of Education and Science, Ministry of Economics, Ministry of Social Politicy) 7 NQA members work at a regular basis 62 (max) officers in Secretariat
