  24. PERFORMANCE OF JVs/SUBSIDIARIES FOUR OUT OF FIVE JV CFSs AT DADRI OPERATIONAL AND HAVE  CONTRIBUTED TO 70 % OF THROUGH PUT WHICH HAS GROWN BY 40 %. THE JV PORT TERMINAL AT JNPT ( GTIL ) IS FULLY OPERATIONAL  AND HAS ACHIEVED FULL CAPACITY IN FIRST YEAR. MOST BEST CONTAINER TERMINAL. HANDLED 1.9 MILLION TEUs IN 2011 AGAINST TOTAL 9.9 MILLION TEUs HANDLED AT INDIAN PORTS. THE JV PORT TERMINAL AT VALLARPADAM ( IGTPL )HAS COMMENCED  OPERATIONS. THE JV ( HIMALYAN TERMINALS ) IS OPERATING THE BIRGUNJ ICD  IN NEPAL FOR OVER EIGHT YEARS & HAS STARTED PAYING DIVIDENDS. THE WHOLLY OWNED SUSIDIARY OF CONCOR , FHEL, ENGAGED IN  COLD SUPPLY CHAIN LOGISTICS BUSINESS HAS BEEN RECENTLY RECOGNISED BY THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AS AN ‘NLA’ (NATIONAL LEVEL AGENCY) FOR SETTING UP OF COLD CHAIN INFRASTRUCTURE IN THE COUNTRY. CONCOR HAS WON THE BID FOR OPERATION OF DOMESTIC AIR CARGO  TERMINAL AT MUMBAI AIRPORT AND WILL BUILD AND OPERATE IT 24 24 THROUGH A SUBSIDIARY.
