Active Transportation Recap: In San Mateo County: • 50% of all trips are less than 3 miles • 20% of all trips are less than 1 mile • 90% of these trips are made by car • 70% of trips are for shopping, school, errands, social, etc. • 45% of GHG emissions are from private vehicles Active Transportation
