AFN Task Force Established in 2011 MISSION The Emergency Preparedness Task Force shall advocate the accommodation of the Functional Needs Population in preparing for, responding to, and recovering from emergencies and disasters. VISION During emergencies and disasters, the Functional Needs population in Arizona will be fully served by Arizona’s State, Local and Tribal emergency management communities.
