CORHIO Partnership Opportunities • Combine CORHIO expertise in data integration and data exchange with Boulder County’s innovative SODH technology approach. • Develop a data governance framework to support a Social Information Exchange concept. • Refine the Boulder Connect software product to allow for expansion to other communities. • Create an opportunity to widen the scope of the “care team” to better coordinate with community and social services case management staff and leverage community resources more directly.
