“PALA PAC” Application for registration was submitted to PA Department of State in March. Typically takes 4-5 weeks for PAC Approval. Once approved, PALA will need to pay $130 registration fee (annually). PALA PAC will need to establish two positions – Chairman, Treasurer. (Must be held by two different individuals) Highly recommended to have a “PALA PAC” logo. Additionally, PayPal on website for PAC donations will need to be analyzed. Responsible for submitting Campaign Finance Reports with the DOS annually. (5 reports total) Allows for the ability to raise/distribute funds to political allies. PALA PAC can only accept individual donations. NO corporate donations. For example, Orla Nugent can donate to PALA PAC, but Columbia Cottage can not.
