Program Oversight

Mississippi NET Services  The NET Services program is a Federal mandate aimed to ensure eligible Medicaid beneficiaries have access to and from medical services. CFR §431.53 -Assurance of transportation •  NET Services for ESRD is a Mississippi-funded access program for beneficiaries in a category of eligibility formerly known as Poverty Level Aged and Disabled (PLAD).  Each State chooses how they manage and implement the NET program, so long as the assurance is met.  MTM is a subcontractor of Division of Medicaid, responsible for the NET Services and NET Services for ESRD Programs RFP # 20130802 and RFP # 20130802-1, effective July 1 st , 2014 •
