DESCRIPTION OF ASSIGNMENT 2 Based upon our discussion, the purpose of this assignment is to provide a valuation for 2204 West Burbank Boulevard on both a sale and lease basis (as outlined below). This assignment includes but is not limited to the following objectives: A.
