  2. 20.2 RELEASE E NOTES ES This slide deck highlights noteworthy updates from the 20.2 Release. Marketplace will be down from Friday, July 17 at 9:00 PM to Sunday, July 19 at 12:00 PM for install of these updates. Updates from the 20.2 Release will be active on Monday, July 20. Quick Filters Section The new search interface for requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices have the below features: A. Quick Filters Toggle Button B. Quick Filters Section Shows or hides the Quick Filter Section Displays filter options and counts of each filter option. C. New Buttons Has expanded dropdown options for Save As and Export All buttons. New Pin Filters button dropdown enables users to pin filters and pin columns.

Total Quantity and Price Moved next to the supplier name. C. Supplier Details Field Displays the supplier’s fulfillment address. D. Item Details Section Collapsible section that contains Commodity Code and symbol indicating order type. E. Edit Line Details Pencil Moved under line’s checkbox.

Shipments and Receipts Tabs Appearance of tabs depends on your Marketplace permissions. A. Shipments and Receipts Tabs Not functional to UVA as receiving takes place in Oracle’s iProcurement. B. Retitled Columns B. Retitled Columns Checkmark column is now named “Status”. “Product Description” column has been renamed to “Item”. C. Details Section C. Details Section Collapsible section that contains the Supplier, Invoicing, and Matching columns

  10. CONTR TRACTS S – NEW SEARCH H EXPE PERIE IENCE CE TOGGLE BUTTON The new Contracts search experience can be turned on and off using the toggle button. Selecting the toggle button will pull up the below window that allows users to select the desired search experience.

  11. SU SUMMARY The general functionality of Marketplace has not changed. Notable updates: GENERAL Added Quick Filters and new buttons to the search interface for requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices. EPROCUREMENT • Checkout Screen Added 2 fields and 1 section. Moved 2 fields and the Edit Line Details Pencil. • Purchase Order Screen Added 2 tabs and 1 section. Retitled 2 columns.
