  2. FORWARD LOOKING STATEMENTS We are in the mineral exploration and development business. It is inherently risky, and all potential investors should be keenly aware of this. This presentation contains forward-looking statements. All statements, other than of historical fact, that address activities, events or developments that PowerOre Inc. believes, expects or anticipates will or may occur in the future (including, without limitation, statements regarding the estimation of mineral resources, exploration results, potential mineralization, potential mineral resources and mineral reserves) are forward-looking statements. Forward-looking statements are generally identifiable by use of the words “may”, “will”, “should”, “continue”, “expect”, “anticipate”, “estimate”, “believe”, “intend”, “plan” or “project” or the negative of these words or other variations on these words or comparable terminology. Forward-looking statements are subject to a number of risks and uncertainties, many of which are beyond PowerOre Inc. ’s ability to control or predict, that may cause the actual results of the project to differ materially from those discussed in the forward-looking statements. Factors that could cause actual results or events to differ materially from current expectations include, among other things, without limitation, failure to establish estimated mineral resources, the possibility that future exploration results will not be consistent with PowerOre Inc. ’s expectations, changes in world gold markets and other risks disclosed to the Canadian provincial securities regulatory authorities. Any forward-looking statement speaks only as of the date on which it is made and, except as may be required by applicable securities laws, PowerOre Inc. disclaims any intent or obligation to update any forward-looking statement. Cautionary Statement Regarding Historical Resources The reader is cautioned that neither PowerOre Inc. has undertaken any independent investigation of the dimensions, quantity or grade of the gold mineralization referred to above, therefore this historical data should not be relied upon. PowerOre Inc. views this historical data as a conceptual indication of the potential size and grade of the gold deposits in the area, and this data is relevant to ongoing exploration efforts. In view of when the resources were estimated and the differences in metal price and operating costs prevailing at the time compared to today. PowerOre Inc. does not consider the resource to be compliant with respect to requirements of NI43-101. PowerOre Inc. does not treat any of the historical resources as Current mineral resources or mineral reserves The technical information contained in this PowerOre Presentation has been reviewed and approved by Charles Beaudry, P.Geo, Director and Vice President Exploration for PowerOre, who is a Qualified Person as defined in "National Instrument 43-101, Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects." 3. Mann Mine Project Overview • Mann silver-cobalt Mine is located in Milner township just west of Cobalt, Ontario in the renowned Temiskaming silver district • The property is 100% owned by Power Ore and covers 867 hectares • Infrastructure includes paved road access, 9 historic shafts and a ramp driven to the 210-foot level • The Mann Mine produced 330,000 ounces of silver prior to 1987. • Historic regional production >570 million ounces of silver, 28 million lbs of cobalt 3

  7. Planned Exploration Program The Mann hosts known high- grade silver and cobalt mineralization. Power Ore’s objective is to extend the known mineralised zones which is accessible from the Mann’s production ramp • Ground Exploration: • Sampling around Mann Mine’s existing workings, cobalt and silver stockpiles, and tailings facilities • Several muck piles reported to contain high cobalt and silver grades • Airborne geophysics: • High resolution magnetics to view subterranean geologic structures which carry the known cobalt and silver mineralization • Lidar Survey for a detailed depiction of the property’s surface and its workings and facilities • Will help in delineating volume of muck piles on property, with the objective of estimating total metal content contained • Drill Program: • 7 hole – 1,800m drilling program near existing underground infrastructure 7

  8. Planned Drill Program 7 hole – 1,800m drilling program near existing underground View Towards North Beneath Surface with High Silver Assays and Proposed Drilling infrastructure • Focused on Zone D, near end of the ramp which could easily accessed for further underground exploration • Target the extension of Zone D plunge, west 45 degree rake of the silver and cobalt mineralization • Drill holes also planned to test the third level near Shaft #3, towards intersections on Zones A-C 8

  12. Data Compilation and New Interpretations ZONE D – Focus area: • High-grade silver mineralization • Strikes east-west, near-vertical dip and appears to rake west at ~45 degrees • High cobalt values associated with silver intersections • Potentially represents a new style of mineralization dominated by cobalt, instead of typical silver dominated mineralization found in Zone D • ZONES A and C: • High silver values on Level 2 near shafts #3 and #5 12
