Challenges Faced & Key Highlights of Project: • Complete Trial Assembly of Pipe Rack Modules required as per Project done in Workshop with complete bolting arrangement. • All Welding done with FCAW Process. • More than 5000 holes bolted in one grid wise assembly in workshop • No Major Site Mismatches Observed. • More than 45 types of Structural Steel Sections handled during Fabrication .
Result Oriented Approach: • Apart from Fabrication Shop one dedicated shop was allocated specially for trial assembly of Pipe Rack Modules. • In order to meet delivery time & quality requirements additional manpower & resources allocated resulting in timely completion of project.
