Radiation safety monitoring program There are 4 types of radiation monitoring activities at Lynas Malaysia Lynas Monitoring Activities § Occupational Exposure Monitoring Program (OEMP)(Radiation Workers using Optically Stimulated Luminescence) – Monthly § Environmental Radiological Monitoring Program (ERMP) – Every 2 months § Continuous Aerosol Monitoring System (AMS) – Every 10 minutes Regulatory Monitoring § AELB Monitoring – carried out by the AELB - Every 2 months 3

No radiological impact to public (Based on Safety Analysis Report 2019) Permissible Limit for public = 1 mSv per year; Permissible Limit for radiation workers = 20 mSv per year NOTE: Dose is an overestimate, MDL values were used for values less than MDL in calculating doses 5
