It’s Cool to be this Hot - Stay hydrated. - Our humidity level here is dryer than most locations, and you can get dehydrated without even being aware of it, so drink water frequently throughout the day. Signs of dehydration are thirst, loss of appetite, fatigue or weakness, headaches and dry mouth . Drinking alcohol increases your risk of dehydration. Don’t approach wildlife. - Our Arizona desert is full of wildlife that can be dangerous to humans. Coyotes, javalinas, bobcats, rattlesnakes, deer and cougars are not uncommon. Most will try to avoid humans, but could attack if threatened.
