  4. Community Suppo rt TCEQ has worked with WCS to build the trust and support of the Andrews County community In 2010 Andrews County issued a $75.0 million general obligation bond to the company to finance construction of the facilities 4

  5. CONTINUED Waste Control Specialists supports over 160 full-time jobs in Andrews County and to date has created $4.0 million in county revenue and $16.0 million in state revenue
