Baking & Pastry Arts • Prepares students for skilled, entry level employment wherever baked goods are made • Strong focus on theory, bakeshop skills, production and management • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment • Creative aptitude • No Work Practicum

Early Childhood Educator • Prepares students for employment as Childcare Assistants or for further post-secondary training to become Early Childhood Educators or related fields including Social Work, Teaching, Human Ecology • 65 % in each course allows for direct entry to Term 2 of RRC ECE program • 2 days per week at a daycare centre, 3 days in classroom • Motivation, creativity and an aptitude for working with children • Child Abuse Registry and Criminal Records Check are required
Esthetics • Prepares students for employment and apprenticeship as Estheticians • Apprenticeship accredited program (hours requirement) • Apprenticeship - 70 % average in up-front training (1060 hours and 70% on each practical exam required) • Creative aptitude, personal hygiene, manual dexterity and working with the public • In School Work Experience
