St Christopher’s Sydenham Larger site Inpatient, outpatient, community & day care St Approxiamtely 2/3 staff based here Christopher’s Education Department St Christopher’s Bromley Became part of St Christopher's Hospice Group in 2008 Group Outpatient, Community & day care services Approximately 10 miles / 40 minute drive from Sydenham site. Large volunteer population at both sites.
Regular rounds for the last 2 years Aim from the start to make them available to staff and volunteers across both sites Schwartz Quickly became clear that very few staff from the Bromley site were attending rounds being held at Sydenham (& vice versa) Rounds at the Number of different ideas were tried over subsequent rounds but Hospice nothing guaranteed a good representation of staff from both sites. Time constraints and travel issues most cited reason for not attending
