About us Levent Kalıp (LEV-KA) founded in 1976 in Bursa, started activities aiming to be a leading, exemplary and reputable corporation in the sector that it operates with professional service and management understanding. As of today, has taken place among leading and exemplary corporations of the sector where it operates with technological investments realized and employment it provides, and contributes to the development of our country with targets it determines. Levent Kalıp (LEV-KA) as for the leading position in the sector, carries out production in a sub-structure that is in line with today’s technology and assumes to continuously develop its investments in line with technological development as a mission. Our company has proved this by being chosen as an example institution in the direction of these developments in Bursa Yıldırım District in 2014. Our company has acquired developed experiences in providing solutions for the firms in different sectors of whom it is a supplier in line with their requirements. The initial manufacturing of any required machine parts, production of required spare parts, prototype product works, material analysis, mold manufacturing, reverse engineering and by performing controls of the manufactured products with state-of-the-art 3D measurement systems thus ensures customer satisfaction. For this reason, our company offers solutions to leading companies of our company and in the world and determined customer satisfaction as its first priority target through services it has provided.

HISTORY
LEV-KA from 1976 TO NOWADAYS Levent Kalıp was founded in 1976 by Ahmet DURAK in Bursa. Mr. DURAK who started professional work at a young age, by its professional service and management understanding ensured Levent Kalıp to be a leading institution in its sector. The institution that served with a sub-structure to produce molds for Automotive Industry, has developed over time added production of spare parts to textile, food and medical industries in its portfolio. Levent Kalıp , who shows continuous improvement with the investments it has made in line with the quality of service and customer satisfaction principles, also provides facility maintenance and consultancy services. The company who focuses on and enhances greatly the always aims to be an excellent business and solution partner for its customers. Levent Kalıp , carries out production in a sub- structure compatible with today’s technology and assumes a duty of constant development of its investments in accordance with technological developments.

Machine Parts Manufacturing We manufacture mechanical parts of various equipments used in Automotive, Textile, Food, Defense industry, some mechanical parts and components of medical equipments, parts needs of mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic systems of various industries and industrial machines. Project or sample based applications are manufactured in accordance with the needs of our esteemed customers in the country by using our vast machine park and precision machining techniques. Measurement and Quality Control Levent Kalıp (LEV-KA) aiming high quality in production and producing precision parts minds measurement through CMM devices and controls manufacturing processes by checking with CMM devices and reporting. By ZEISS CONTURA G2 and CALYPSO software that our Company has, through parts, Point and/or scanning measurements, Complex curve measurements, Surface form measurements by scanning, Part measurement and model comparison processes may be carried out on solid models.
R & D Services Reverse Engineering (3D Scanning) Service Advanced 3D optical scanning systems quickly deliver your parts in three-dimensional scanning, point cloud (* .STL, * .OBJ, etc.) for our customers. With our advanced CAD CAM solutions, you can create 3D parametric models from 3D scanned point clouds. Rapid Prototyping Service In a short period of time, using our advanced technological capabilities with the philosophy of prototype (sample), we can transform the 3D models you create into physical prototypes in a short time. With our sophisticated 3D printer technologies, ABS, PLA, NYLON, HIPS, etc. from 50μm to 400μm accuracy. We can print using materials.
Non-hazardous Waste Collection Legislation on Non-Hazardous and Inert Wastes has been published by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization published in the Official Gazette dated June 17, 2011 and numbered 27967, "Notification of Recycling of Non- Hazardous Wastes". According to the legislation; Reduction of the amount of waste, temporary storage, establishment of recycling facilities and provision of environmentally harmonized management of these facilities is the basis for the reduction of waste and the negative effects of non-hazardous and inert waste on the environment. Non-hazardous wastes generated by non-hazardous waste generators are taken to our collection-separation certified facilities by means of container systems or by in-situ pick-up with our vehicles and they are pressed after being sorted according to their type and transferred to recycling plants.
