George Eastman Circle Program Highlights  4,200 individual members  $105M invested since 2007  $8.7M each year directly benefits students, schools & units  91 scholarships awarded to students from all six schools  More than 2,000 members attend events each year  87% of membership remains active since inception  GEC MW attendance up 6% year over year; up 13% since 2017 3

George Eastman Circle FY20 Goals  Increase gifts to $9M by June 30  Add 180 new memberships • Since July 1 st , 47 new memberships have been closed; 7 in NYC  Close 400 renewals • Since July 1 st , 134 renewals have been closed  12 new GEC scholarships  Host targeted GEC impact events & prospect dinners • Regionally based messaging, focus on top funded areas  Custom personal stewardship • Officer visits, volunteer & student thank you notes 4

NYC George Eastman Circle Activity  Volunteer Meetings: • January 29 th - Joint volunteer meeting with NLC and YAC • June 5 th & 6 th – Volunteers in Partnership Conference at U of R!  GEC Specific Programming: • January/February 2020 – GEC dinner hosted by Murali and Sonali Ganti (New Jersey) • April/May - GEC family focused programming • Spring/Summer 2020 - GEC Reception hosted by Robert and Denise Fisher 7
