Background • LOU was identified as a priority and supported by the p y pp y CEC in November 2009 • Project is a deliverable from the AHTF funds • Project was on hold temporarily due to IHA restructuring • New commitment was given by IHA to proceed in • New commitment was given by IHA to proceed in March 2011 • Working Group was established to develop the LOU
